At Book Aid for Africa (BAFA) we understand the need to maintain the confidentiality of any personal data supplied to us and are committed to meeting our obligations under the Data Protection Act.

We will not divulge any personal information we collect about our donors to other third parties for any purpose whatsoever. Any information we collect about our donors will only be used for carrying out our legitimate purposes and functions as a charity and will not prejudice the interests of any individuals.

As required by the law, we will provide by written request any information we hold about any of our supporters.
