The University of Bournemouth students organised a charity Fun Run event on March 3rd 2012 to raise funds for BAFA. The poor weather condition could not deter the students from achieving their noble objective.

Charity event at Bournemeouth, November 2011

The charity rugby match on the 20th March between Bournemouth University 1st team and Bournemouth President's XV in aid of the charity Book Aid for Africa (BAFA) was a very successful day. Bournemouth President's XV won by 41 to 15 and took away the Carlsberg Cup. In total we raised £792.65 for the charity and were donated 130 books which will be shipped over to the schools in Africa.
